Who doesn't love getting a great deal on a beautiful Christmas tree?

This year, we're making it easier (and more affordable!) to bring home a fresh Tabletop or 4-5 ft Fraser fir from Neighbor Boy In & Out.

Simply prepurchase your tabletop or 4–5 foot Christmas tree, pay in advance, and enjoy special savings over our regular In & Out Christmas Tree Lot prices.

Same beautiful trees. Less money. Less hassle. What's not to love?

Here's How It Works

1. Pick Your Tree Size.
Choose a tabletop Fraser fir or a 4–5 foot Fraser fir. Both are perfect for smaller spaces, gifts, apartments, bedrooms, offices, or anywhere you could use a little extra Christmas cheer.

2. Prepurchase & Save.
Purchase your tree by November 10th and lock in your special prepurchase price.

3. Drive In. Pick Up. Drive Out.
Once our In & Out Christmas Tree Lot opens, stop by during our designated pickup hours before December 10th, pick up your tree, and head home!

No checkout line. No paying at pickup. Just a beautiful Christmas tree at a price you'll feel pretty darn good about.

A Little Tree. A Pretty Smart Decision.

Why pay more later when you can save now? Plan ahead, skip the checkout, and put those extra dollars toward something fun this Christmas.

Preorder your Fraser fir today and let us make Christmas a little easier!

MEET AUSTIN & ALLY SIDES

KNOW YOUR FARMER

Austin and Ally Sides are continuing a proud, multi-generation legacy in North Carolina’s Christmas tree farming industry. Austin grew up surrounded by Christmas Trees. His grandfather has been growing and selling Fraser firs in the North Carolina mountains for decades, as do his parents. Now, Austin and Ally are not only starting their own family (Baby Sides due in April 2027), but also their own Christmas Tree farm, bringing the same dedication to quality, sustainability, and care that their family is known for. When you buy from Neighbor Boy In & Out, you are supporting local, small, NC farmers and their families.

In the Triangle NC area, The Sides' Christmas trees are available through Neighbor Boy In & Out in Apex. Contact Dave or Val with Neighbor Boy if you have questions or need assistance.
