Farm and Hours

Neighbor Boy is a small family-owned farm, certified plant nursery, and country store in Apex, NC filled with local goodness and unique gifts. Order on-line and schedule for pick-up or delivery, or visit us year-round for our Country Store goodies like local honey, preserves and crafts, pick-your-own blueberries, produce, herbs and flowers, plus pumpkins and Christmas Trees.

We are open for business, but this is also training time for our employees. Most of our employees are young teens, many working their first jobs. Please come with LOTS of patience and time, as things may move more slowly as we train our employees.

WE ARE ALWAYS OPEN
When the lights are on, our Country Store and Snack Barn are open, and an attendant will be on duty to help. All forms of payment are taken in the Country Store. When we're not here, you can shop or pick-your-own anytime 24/7 at our Cash and Carry Farm Stand! Don’t have cash? DONT WORRY! Just fill out a receipt with a contact # and email address, and we can send a Square invoice to pay from on your device. We are here for you, and want and need your business! Hope to have you stop by soon. Remember to bring the whole family and enjoy tons of toys and play spots for your kiddos. Yes, it's the honor system. Thank you for being honest.

All our berries, fruit, vegetables and herbs are available for pick-your-own or pre-picked. The following is growing on our farm this season, but not all harvested at the same time: blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, tomatoes (several varieties of roma, cherry and slicing), green beans, snap peas cucumbers (slicing and pickling), zucchini, yellow squash, bell peppers (green, yellow, red), hot peppers (variety), lettuce, potatoes (variety), basil, oregano, cilantro, chives, dill, rosemary, lavender, parsley, thyme, spearmint...
